1.Can you do OEM for me?
A: We accept all kinds of OEM orders. Just contact us and let us have your design. We will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for you quickly.

2.Can I have my logo or color customized on the product?
A: Yes, just let us have your logo design in AI or PDF format, and our designer will make a display for your reference

3.How can you guarantee quality?
A: Our QC system covers all the flows of the production, starting from raw materials. There always be a pre-production sample before mass production and final inspection before shipment.

4.How long is your production lead time?
A: It depends on product and order quantity. Normally, it takes us 30-45 days for an order of MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity). If in stock, the shipment will be ready in days.

5.What's your payment terms ?
A: We always accept T/T or L/C at sight, 30% deposit in advance while the balance 70% before shipment. Other payment terms are also negotiable.

6.Wonder if you accept small orders?
A: We accept small orders. Every Fairwind's customer counts and we will try our best to satisfy your needs. So don't worry and feel free to contact us.

7.What's your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 500 pcs usually for most items.But other quantity is acceptable according to your order requests. Please feel free to tell us your request, we will check and quote accordingly.

8.Should I pay for the sample?
A: Yes, you need to pay for it and bear the shipping cost at the beginning. But the sample cost is refundable after an order above the MOQ is placed.

9.How long can I receive the goods ?
A: Normally it takes about 4-10 days for air shipment and 7-45 for sea shipment depends on which country you are in.

10.Can you send products to my country?
A: Sure, rely on our global network of partners and agents, we can ensure that the goods can be delivered to any country in the world safely. Also, it's OK to use your own forwarder if you like.
