A: We accept all kinds of OEM orders. Just contact us and let us know your design. We will reply you the quotation and can make prototypes or samples for you quickly.

2.Can I do custom on your camping products, like using my logo or different colors?
A: Yes, we provide custom service on color, logo, pattern, accessories and packing. Just let us know your requests, and our designer will make a display for your reference

3.How can you guarantee quality of your camping products?
A: Our Quality Control System covers all the flows of the production, starting from raw materials to packing and shipping. There always be a pre-production sample for you to confirm the quality before mass production. Every piece will be inspected before packing. We guarantee that only top-quality camping products are provided to the clients.

4.How long is your production lead time?
A: It depends on product and order quantity. Normally, it takes us 30-45 days for an order of MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity). If in stock, the shipment will be ready in days.

5.Which kind of payment methods and terms you accept?
A: We always accept T/T or L/C. Different payment terms are always negotiable.

6.What's your MOQ? Do you accept small orders?
A: Our MOQ is 500pcs for most items. But other quantity is acceptable according to your order requests. As every Fairwind's customer counts, we always try our best to satisfy your needs. If you consider a small order or trail order, feel free to contact us.

7.Do you have any catalogs available for your products?
A: Yes, we have catalogs of all our camping products which can be provided to you for your reference. Just leave a message with your email address and we will send them to you.

8.Do you provide samples? Should I pay for the sample?
A: Yes, we can provide you the samples of our camping products. In the beginning, you need to pay the sample cost and bear the shipping cost. And there is a refund policy may apply when areal order is followed.
